Soft Washing
What is Softwashing?
Cleaning hard surfaces such as patios and paths chemically without any harsh pressure washing. Hence the name 'Soft Washing'.
Why Soft Wash instead of Pressure Washing?
1.No Damage
By using biodegradable chemicals and lightly
washing off afterwards, you avoid damaging a
patios pointing or wearing away the stone itself.
2. Results last longer
Depending on the surface, results last up to 6
times longer than pressure washing. This is
because a residual biocide will remain on the
surface and continue to break down moss, mould
and algae for up to 1 year.
We have separated this into two services…
INITIAL CLEAN
Our initial treatment is a sodium hypochlorite biocide that rapidly removes black, red, green and yellow staining from surfaces.
This fast reacting product will continue to clean surfaces for up to 24 hours.
MAINTAIN TREATMENT
The follow up application is a residual biocide that
will break down bacterial growth for 6 to 12
months.
